Payment is made every 3 months(Quarterly)

Recycling Pickups: Friday

HOA dues/assessments can be paid at any time through your Homeowner Portal using ACH, debit card, or credit card.

Alternatively, payments can be mailed by check to the following address:

Kindly add the unit address in the memo of the check

However, we strongly recommend using the online portal or a Cash Pay slip to avoid potential delays or issues with mail delivery.

Important: Checks must be made payable to Bancroft Square, not Ashoka Lion, to avoid the payment being returned.
