Homeowner would go to the same area of the store that they people pay utility payments.  You will need the PDF Pay Slip emailed to you so the store can scan the barcode and associate the payment to your HOA account. NOTE: Convenience fees may apply.

Welcome to our Ashoka Lion managed HOA community !

As a new homeowner in a community that is managed by Ashoka Lion (Pronounced "AH-SHOW-CUH Lion") , our goal is to help you transition into your new community as seamlessly as possible. Each homeowner association is governed by its owner rules and bylaws, and these can be unique from one community to the next. Therefore, we encourage homeowners to review community rules or guidelines. A copy of the rules and governing documents can be found in your homeowner portal.

However, moving into a new community is stressful, and we know its not only your homeowner association account that you are worried about, so we have collected some helpful tools to make your transitions easier.
