Ashoka Lion is always looking for realtors who are open to working with leasing leads or interested in working with investors.
As a smaller boutique firm, we can help agents who wish to leverage our tools to their book of business:
- Experienced Broker ready to help
- Basic CRM to help manage client interactions
- Ability to market listing and leads that come from our work for our landlords.
- Market our lease listing on FB or Social Media
- Do Virtual Open Houses on our Listings
- Work lease listings that we have on our properties
- Work our investors selling their homes with open houses
- Active Agents who join with prior history of success in prior 2 years can get splits with 90%/10% on their book of business with a monthly fee of $50.

1) Being members of HAR or NTREIS
2) Must be willing to maintain a professional email and G-Suite through Google Business Suite for professional email and applications (LionRealEstate.com) for $15 a month
3) Realtors must submit Team Names and Marketing for broker approval to ensure that we are in compliance
