HOA Maintenance Responsibilities

Homeowner Associations have a primary duty to maintain the common area.   For some communities, this will include maintenance of a community entrance gate, roads in the community, parking areas, community mailbox, common area landscaping, and more depending on the requirements of the specific HOA community.

Our association management team uses a detailed process to intake homeowner maintenance requests, track them, determine if these items are association responsibilities, and, if so, resolve them in a timely manner. All requests relating to non-association repairs are updated and owners are notified of who is responsible for the repair.

HOA Inspections and Deed Restriction Violations

HOA's have covenants and restrictions to help ensure a certain standard or quality. The process of enforcing those standards is often very tedious and sometimes difficult. This is why many boards use a management company to help enforce the restrictions and community standards.

Our association management team will handle the inspection. We will take photos, and we also use video to help our managers document issues noted in the inspections.

We have attached a sample report that tracks the HOA violations for your review.
