HOA FAQ

  • What are the HOA's maintenance responsibilities?

  • How often are dues paid?

    Dues are payable monthly within 15 days.

  • If I want to make a change to the exterior of my home, can I do so?

  • Are there any city or county regulations that affect us?

    Any applicable rules and regulations are explained in detail HERE

  • How do I reach the HOA board?

    You can contact the HOA board by emailing AssociationManager@Ashokalion.com. 

  • What days are trash pickups?

    Trash service is provided by the City of Houston. Below are the service days they have provided: 



    Regular trash - every Tuesday, 


    Recycling - Every other Tuesday


    Heavy Trash- 1st Friday of the Month



    Trash Service - Trash is provided through the water company. Any issues with trash service should be noted in the monthly trash service work order.

  • How can I pay my HOA dues/assessment?

    Payments can be made in three ways:

     

    1. Online through the portal using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or draft from your bank. NOTE: The bank draft option is FREE, all other options have a service fee.


    2. By Mail using the coupon book sent out in November of the prior year or via check to the address

    But we highly recommend using the portal or cash pay slip to avoid delays in receipt or your payment getting lost in the mail.

     

    3. By cash at several local retailers such as CVS, Walmart.

As a thank you for owners who are in our communities, we are offering a free sales consultation on the value of your home if you are interested in selling!
