  • Accept and process architectural change requests using official forms.

        Log in to the Online Portal via the Homepage or go directly to the Architectural Reviews tab.

        Click "Submit New Review".

        Provide a description of the project and upload any necessary supporting documents or photos.

        Submit the request for review by the ARC.

  2. Include Detailed Plans:
        Provide all necessary documents, including drawings, specifications, and material samples.

  3. Wait for Approval:
       Do not begin any work until you receive formal written approval from the ARC.
