Ashoka Lion's HOA management teams provide our HOA communities a landing page to help brand the community and help homeowners find out key information regarding their particular Homeowner Association. Ridgemont PUD is a 282 single family home community located in Southwest part of Houston, TX ( South of Beltway 8 near South Post Oak). The community has amenities which include park with playground equipment, basketball court, and covered pavilion with tables and grills for barbequing. As the roadways in the community are small, the HOA also has 16 guest parking area's throughout.

Commons at Southampton

Commons at Southampton is a beautiful townhome community consisting of eight 3 story townhome located in the inner loop off highway 69. The community maintenance responsibilities cover exterior walls and roof, and has community landscape that the HOA maintains both at the main driveway entrance and along the driveway within.

EADO Place Homeowner Association

EADO Place is a 17 townhome community in the heart of East Downtown Houston (also known as EADO for short) . The community is gated, and the HOA maintain common area landscaping , and the community is unique in that the trash and water is provided by the city.

Dorrington Square

Dorrington Square is a modern three-story townhome community. The driveway is not gated, but there is a walk in gate to access the front doors. The HOA maintains exterior roof and walls, landscape in the front of the community and along walkway to front doors.

Timbergrove Terrace is a gorgeous gated townhome community in Houston, TX. The HOA maintains common area landscaping, community perimeter fence, two entry gates (one on Ella and Grovewood), common area driveway, and the landscaping in the front driveway boxes.
