Welcome  Homeowners of EADO Place. We want to assist with your transition to living in the community and coordinating with the Ashoka Lion  association management team. 

HOA Owner Contact Update

We request all homeowners to use this form to help update their contact information, so we can send important announcements, etc relevant to homeowners regarding the community and matters involving the homeowner's association. 

Ledger Disputes

This form is for Homeowners who have questions regarding their association ledger. Below are some examples of why you would complete this form:


  • Payment not posted to ledger
  • Payment not posted to bank
  • Payment was double charged to bank account
  • Disputing a charge on ledger 

HOA Portal Log In

Many homeowners are not always aware that they have a portal with the HOA, where they can make payments, review important community documents, put in repair request (for Association related repairs), put in architectural request, etc

  • How do I get a copy of the HOA governing documents for Eado Place?

    A copy of the governing documents can be obtained by homeowners in the "Shared Document" section of their homeowner portal.  A copy of the Eado Place HOA documents can be accessed via the folder. 

  • When is trash service for Eado Place?

    As Trash service is provided by the City of Houston: 


    Regular trash - every Tuesday, 

    Recycling - Every other Tuesday

    Heavy Trash- 1st Friday of the Month

  • What is HOA maintenance responsibilities for Eado Place?

    The HOA does not maintain any portion of the individual homes. 


    HOA is responsible for maintenance on common area landscaping outside community wall and along driveways, and entry gates to community.


    NOTE: Eado Place is managed by Ashoka Lion so email and calls are made to Ashoka Lion's HOA teams. 

  • If I want to make a change to my home at Eado Place, can I do so?

    As there are community guidelines at Eado Place, any changes that would alter the exterior should be submitted via your portal so the ACC guidelines can be reviewed and approved.  Homeowners can make these request in their homeowner portal. 

  • How do I reach the HOA or HOA Management Company?

    Eado Place is managed by Ashoka Lion so email and calls are made to Ashoka Lion's HOA teams.

  • How do I make my HOA payment?

    Payments can be made in three ways:


    1. Online through the portal using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or draft from your bank.  NOTE: Payment options through the portal incur a service fee from the software provider. The service fee will be displayed based on the payment option you select. You can see more on paying through the portal HERE
    2. By Mail using the coupon book sent out in November of the prior year.
    3. By cash at several local retailers such as CVS, Walmart, etc. NOTE: Cash option requires a PDF to be emailed to you before making payment at a location as the PDF contains a barcode specific to YOUR account. All owners requesting to pay via cash must email AssociationManager@ashokalion.com or call 832-364-6025 to request the PDF.

Homeowner in our HOA communities can order to have high quality air filters delivered to the home by filling out our homeowner service enrollment interest form. This program is a benefit for community members of EADO Place and their residences. The program is charged to the ledger as a separate item from HOA fees and the program is service offered by the management company not the HOA.

Water Turn Off Request




Homeowners will in certain HOA communities require that the water is shutoff in a timely manner, and this will often require association managers to communicate with the community to warn them of the disruption of water service. Please use the below form to request your community water turn off.
