  • How often are dues paid?

    Assessments are due on a Annual basis. 

  • If I want to make a change to the exterior of my home, can I do so?

  • Are there any city or county regulations that affect us?

  • How do I reach the HOA board?

    You can contact the HOA board by emailing AssociationManager@Ashokalion.com. 

  • What days are trash pickups?

    Regular Trash Pickups: Tuesday & Friday

    Recycling Pickups: Friday

  • How can I pay my HOA dues/assessment?

    HOA dues/assessments can be paid anytime through your homeowner portal using ACH, Debit, or Credit Card.

    Kindly add the unit address in the memo of the check
