The HOA is responsible for roof and exterior walls, common area landscaping, and community pool.

VILLAGE OF ATASCOCITA SHORES is a FINANCIAL SERVICES ONLY contract with Ashoka Lion. Maintenance, violations, etc. are handled by the HOA Board. Any request received will be forwarded to the board to follow up.
