You can expedite for an additional $50, this will guarantee processing within 2 business days of payment of the expedite fee. **NOTICE** This is for a Statement of Accounts ONLY. You will receive a current owner statement, governing documents, homeowner profile sheet, and title company instructions with this request. The cost is $150 which is payable upon closing.
