The HOA is responsible for common area driveway and landscaping only. 

Park At Sherwin is a FINANCIAL SERVICES ONLY contract with Ashoka Lion. Maintenance, violations, etc. are handled by the HOA Board. Any request received will be forwarded to the board to follow up.
