When you refer a client to Ashoka Lion, you can receive a bonus of up to one month’s management fee credit for each successful referral. Please note the credit is a one-to-one property ratio, e.g. if you have 10 properties with us and refer 1 property the credit you'd earn would be for 1 properties management fee, not all 10 properties.

Here’s how it works:

• The referral bonus is only available once your referral signs up for services with Ashoka Lion.
• Your bonus will be applied as a management fee invoice credit within 60–90 days after the referral has officially signed on.
• If your bonus exceeds one month’s management fee, the remaining credit will automatically roll over into subsequent months until the full bonus has been utilized.

What are lease only services? Lease Only Services are typically requested by landlords who handle their own management of the property but wish to work with a company for the leasing portion only. These services cover the preparation and execution of the lease with a new tenant. Marketing of the property can also be included upon request.
