Inspection and Rework

Property Management may inspect completed work before or after an invoice is approved.

Invoice payment does not necessarily mean that the work cannot later be questioned or corrected.

If defective, incomplete, or improperly performed work is discovered, the vendor may be required to return to the property and correct the issue.

Vendors may be required to complete corrective work within a specified period at no additional cost when the issue resulted from incomplete or improper workmanship.
