✅ Set Up Utilities Before Moving In
Be sure to activate your:
- Water service
- Electricity
- Gas
- Internet and cable services

If your email address changes, please send an update request to our office as soon as possible so we can update your information in our system.

3. Report Community Maintenance Concerns Promptly
If you notice issues within the HOA common areas that may need attention—such as:

- Irrigation or landscaping concerns
- Safety hazards or maintenance issues

Please note that late fees are not automatically waived when a payment plan is approved. An approved payment plan provides additional time to pay the outstanding balance; however, late fees will continue to apply in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.
