Respectful and Communicative: They communicate effectively with the landlord, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintains the Property: They take good care of the rental property, keeping it clean and in good condition, and are prompt in reporting maintenance issues.
Adheres to Lease Terms: They follow the rules outlined in the lease agreement, including restrictions on pets, smoking, and alterations to the property.
Respectful of Neighbors: They are considerate and courteous to neighbors, adhering to noise regulations and contributing to a positive community atmosphere.
