When you refer a client to Ashoka Lion, you can receive a bonus of up to one month’s management fee credit for each successful referral. Please note that for HOA's the available credit is based on door count of the HOA. 1-50 would be one months management fee for one of your properties, 51+ would be one months management fee per 50 doors for one of your properties (in 50 door brackets). For example, if you have 10 properties with us and refer a 90 door HOA, you would receive a bonus of one month's management fee for two properties (essentially each bracket of 50 counts even if it is not the full 50, e.g. 51-99 doors would give the same bonus as 100 doors).



Here’s how it works:

• The referral bonus is only available once your referral signs up for services with Ashoka Lion.
• Your bonus will be applied as a management fee invoice credit within 60–90 days after the referral has officially signed on.
• If your bonus exceeds one month’s management fee, the remaining credit will automatically roll over into subsequent months until the full bonus has been utilized.
