HOA FAQ

  • What are the HOA's maintenance responsibilities?

    The Association will maintain, repair and replace the Community Properties, including all Subdivision Facilities, and keep same in good repair. 


    This maintenance includes, without limitation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of all landscaping (outside Building Site Line Fencing – including tree trimming along Gramercy and Stella Link), fencing (both brick and wood perimeter fencing as well as internal fencing and wooden gates), mechanical gate systems at both East and West entrances, and improvements situated on the Community Properties.

  • How often are dues paid?

    Assessments are due on a Annual basis. 

  • If I want to make a change to the exterior of my home, can I do so?

    As there are community guidelines at  Gramercy Court, any changes that would alter the exterior should be submitted via your portal so the ACC guidelines can be reviewed and approved.  Homeowners can make these request in their homeowner portal. 

  • How do I reach the HOA board?

    You can contact the HOA board by emailing AssociationManager@Ashokalion.com

  • What days are trash pickups?

     Trash service is provided by the GFL.

  • How can I pay my HOA dues/assessment?

    Online through the portal using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or draft from your bank. NOTE: The bank draft option is FREE, all other options have a service fee.

    By Mail using the coupon book sent out in November of the prior year.


    By cash at several local retailers such as CVS, Walmart, etc. NOTE: Cash option requires a PDF to be emailed to you before making payment at a location as the PDF contains a barcode specific to YOUR account.


     All owners requesting to pay via cash must email AssociationManager@ashokalion.com or call 832-364-6025 to request the PDF.
