UNDERSTANDING YOUR HOA

Gramercy is part of a Gated Community governed by a Homeowners Association (HOA). This HOA is managed by Ashoka Lion property management firm based in Houston.The Association will maintain, repair and replace the Community Properties, including all Subdivision
Facilities, and keep same in good repair. This maintenance includes, without limitation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of all landscaping (outside Building Site Line Fencing – including tree trimming along Gramercy and Stella Link), fencing (both brick and wood perimeter fencing as well as internal fencing and wooden gates), mechanical gate systems at both East and West entrances, and improvements situated on the Community Properties.
