Refer & Earn with Ashoka Lion - Eviction Services

There’s no greater compliment than your referral — and we believe great partnerships should be rewarded.

When you refer a client to Ashoka Lion, you can receive a bonus of up to one month’s management fee credit for each door per successful referral. Please note the credit is a one-to-one property ratio, e.g. if you have 10 properties with us and refer 1 property the credit you'd earn would be for 1 properties management fee, not all 10 properties. Eviction Service referrals are eligible for a per door referral bonus - for example, if the referral sells 4 properties that need eviction services, then you would be eligible for 4 bonuses.

Here’s how it works:

• The referral bonus is only available once your referral contracts with Ashoka Lion.
• Your bonus will be applied as a management fee invoice credit within 60–90 days after the referral has contracted with Ashoka Lion.
• If your bonus exceeds one month’s management fee, the remaining credit will automatically roll over into subsequent months until the full bonus has been utilized.
