Emergency Work

Emergency work is limited to situations where immediate action may be necessary to protect the property, occupants, or prevent significant damage.

Examples may include:

• Active water leaks or flooding
• Loss of heat or air conditioning when immediate service is necessary under the circumstances
• Electrical hazards
• Unsafe property conditions
• Boarded or unsecured/open properties
• Other conditions requiring immediate attention

Vendors must contact the designated Property Management representative as soon as possible when emergency conditions are discovered.



Emergency work does not automatically authorize unrelated repairs or additional work. Any work beyond what is necessary to address the emergency must receive appropriate authorization.
