EADO Place is part of a Gated Community governed by a Homeowners Association (HOA). This HOA is managed by Ashoka Lion property management firm based in Houston. EADO Place is a 17 townhome community in the heart of East Downtown Houston (also known as EADO for short) . The community is gated, and the HOA maintain common area landscaping , and the community is unique in that the trash and water is provided by the city.
