Dorrington Square is a modern three-story townhome community. The driveway is not gated, but there is a walk in gate to access the front doors. The HOA maintains exterior roof and walls, landscape in the front of the community and along walkway to front doors. HOA also maintains fence, driveway,communal mailbox & walk in gate.

NOTE: Dorrington Square is a administrative and financial management client and as such, Ashoka Lion is simply passing along any work order request put in through the portal to the board. The board is responsible for coordinating the repairs and handling those matters.
