Completion Standards

All work must be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

Vendors are responsible for:

• Completing the approved scope of work properly.
• Using appropriate materials and workmanship.
• Leaving the work area clean and free of construction debris.
• Properly removing and disposing of materials, trash, and debris when included in the work order.
• Notifying Property Management immediately if concealed damage, unexpected conditions, or additional repairs are discovered.
• 

Vendors should not proceed with additional repairs until written authorization has been received.
