  • What are the HOA's maintenance responsibilities?

  • How often are dues paid?

    Dues are payable on a monthly basis.

  • If I want to make a change to the exterior of my home, can I do so?

    Commons is a FINANCIAL SERVICE Contract with Ashoka Lion. Financial service contracts only include processing of bills and income receipts. As there are community guidelines at Commons at Southampton, any changes that would alter the exterior should be submitted via your portal so the ACC guidelines can be reviewed and approved.  Homeowners can make these request in their homeowner portal. 

  • How do I reach the HOA board?

    As Commons At Southampton is a administrative and financial services client, we are not handling the coordination nor we are not updated on the status of repairs, so our team may not be able to help with these kind of requests.

  • What days are trash pickups?

    As Trash service is provided by the City of Houston: 


    Regular trash - every Tuesday, 

    Recycling - Every other Tuesday

    Heavy Trash- 1st Friday of the Month

  • How can I pay my HOA dues/assessment?

    Payments can be made in three ways:



    Online through the portal using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or draft from your bank.  NOTE: Payment options through the portal incur a service fee from the software provider. The service fee will be displayed based on the payment option you select. 

     

    By Mail using the coupon book sent out in November of the prior year.


    By cash at several local retailers such as CVS, Walmart, etc. NOTE: Cash option requires a PDF to be emailed to you before making payment at a location as the PDF contains a barcode specific to YOUR account. 


    All owners requesting to pay via cash must email AssociationManager@ashokalion.com or call 832-364-6025 to request the PDF. 

  • What does the maintenance fee cover?

    The maintenance fee for Commons at Southampton covers common area items, such as:



    Common area landscaping

    HOA maintenance responsibility for exterior walls and roof

    Insurance on common areas

    Common area water

HOA Owner Sales Discount Program
