Photo & Video Requirements

Photos and videos are required to document the condition of the property and verify that the assigned work was completed.



• Photos must be clear, high-resolution, and easy to understand.
• Provide before, during, and after photos when appropriate.
• Photos should show the entire work area, not only close-up images.
• For exterior work, provide photos of the front, rear, side yards, and all affected areas, as applicable.
• For hauling or clean-out work, provide photos of all relevant rooms, garage, attic/basement when applicable, and exterior areas.
• Photos should be date/time stamped whenever possible.
• Videos should clearly demonstrate the completed repair or operation when applicable.
• Photos and videos must accurately represent the work performed and must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the condition of the property.
