Avonlea Court requires any exterior changes to be submitted via an ACC request. ACC Requests can be submitted via your portal at any time. 

NOTE: Avonlea maintains the exterior of the buildings, owners should submit ACC requests for the below exterior items ONLY as they are individual owner responsibility:

1. Windows
2. Light Fixtures
3. Doors
4. Garage Doors

ACC requests should also be submitted for items in the rear yard that are viewable from other properties. Examples of items are below (please note this list is not all-inclusive, changes similar to those listed should be submitted even if they are not listed below):

1. Removal or replacement of plants.
2. Removal or installation of patios (uncovered).
3. Removal or installation of storage units.
4. Removal or installation of generators.
