Tenant Exterior Review
On a monthly basis, we require all tenants in a property with a yard to submit pictures and/or video that provides a comprehensive view of the exterior of the property, including both front yard, rear yard, left/right side yard if present. This is to help ensure any preventative maintenance on the exterior can be handled in a timely manner. The items should include views of the following:
- Exterior walls/windows/door of the home, including garage door if present
- Driveway/walkways
- All landscaping (including trees, bushes, flower beds, etc.)
- Gutters
- Fencing
To ensure a comprehensive view of the exterior, multiple angle shots should be taken. e.g. Front left, front center, front right, rear house - left, rear house - center, rear house - right, rear fence - left, rear fence - center, rear fence - right, etc.
