Great month of September for our Houston property management team!

In the month of September, Ashoka Lion's Houston property management teams leased out 8 homes!! Our property management team is very happy to have helped our Houston property management clients fill their vacancies quickly and efficiently.  To lease out that many homes, requires our property managers and staff fielding hundreds of calls a day and working through many leasing inquiries by email. After working all those leasing leads, our real estate agents showed our homes to qualified clients. After showing all those prospective tenants, our property management team has to review applications to find the most qualified tenant for our rental owners.  Leasing is tough work that we can tell you for sure!
