Our pool is finally open for this summer, here is an announcement you'll need to keep in mind:

We are excited to announce that summer it's finally here and so it's the opening of the pool. The access has been changed from the fob system over to a new Bluetooth system called VizPin. 


Please remember that additional access can be requested, but there will be a charge for each additional access requested per property. We will send a notice out with the link to request additional access as well as the cost involved prior to the pool's scheduled seasonal opening.

Direct access will not be granted to underaged persons OR guests at your property. The phone number used to register on the App must match the phone number we have on file. You can review (and update if necessary) the number we have on file under your "Account Profile" section of the portal. If the number does not match, access may be delayed, so please ensure the number on file is correct before registering on the App.


Keep in mind:

  • The pool rules are to be adhered to at all times-
  •  The pool hours are 7am-9pm Wednesday-Monday, and the pool is closed on Tuesdays.
  •  Access requests will be processed in the order received - due to the significant number of requests anticipated, your request may take up to 7 business days to be completed.


Here are some tips for when using the pool.

  • If you are taking your children to the pool, DO NOT leave them alone or unattended. 
  • Keep the pool clean, do not take food or drinks when inside the pool.
  • If you are sick or having COVID-19 possible simptoms, please stay at home and take care.
  • If your children don't know how to swim give them a floater.
  • Remember to always use sunblock on your face and body.
  • Always take a towel with you.
