How to reset a garbage disposal

When you put the wrong things down your drain, it can clog the garbage disposal. This video is explain how to reset the garbage disposal and do maintenance.

Tenants and homeowners need to understand that putting down the wrong things in your drain will cause damage to both the pipes, the garbage disposal, and even the environment. This damage can be very expensive and create very expensive charges to the tenant's ledger. Things to not put down the drain

This is not a complete list, but things that are meant to absorb water like band aids , flour, etc will cause lots of problems in the drain. This means that you will be responsible for the damages. Here is a list of other items. Do you recognize other things to not put down the drain?  Some of these items may not cause the garbage disposal to get clogged, but it will cause issues with the drain so it should be avoided to put items down drains.
