Welcome Homeowners of Ridgemont PUD. We want to assist with your transition to living in the community and coordinating with the Ashoka Lion HOA team.
We request all homeowners at the Ridgemont PUD to use this form to help update their contact information, so we can send important announcements, etc relevant to homeowners regarding the community and matters involving the homeowner's association.
Ledger Disputes
This form is for Homeowners who have questions regarding their association ledger. Below are some examples of why you would complete this form:
A copy of the governing documents can be obtained by homeowners in the "Shared Document" section of their homeowner portal. A copy of the Ridgemont PUD HOA documents can be accessed HERE.
As Trash service is provided by the City of Houston:
The HOA maintenance responsibilities are for the common area which includes the park, guest parking lots, grass medians in the community.
However, the HOA does enforce deed restriction regarding homeowner properties - including items such as maintenance to the exterior of the home, landscape, non-operable vehicles, items stored in view, etc.
As there are community guidelines at Ridgemeont PUD, any changes that would alter the exterior should be submitted via your portal so the ACC guidelines can be reviewed and approved. Homeowners can make these requests in their homeowner portal.
The maintenance fee for Ridgemont PUD covers common area items, such as:
• Common area landscaping
• HOA maintenance responsibility for the park
• Insurance on common areas

NOTE: Ridgemont PUD is Managed by Ashoka Lion, so emails, portal submissions, and calls will reach the Ashoka Lion HOA team.
Payments can be made in three ways:

For HOA homeowners, it can be challenging handling the maintenance requirements that come with homeownership. Our property management team is proud to share a library that we compile to help owners and tenants handle smaller repairs and learn how to avoid issues with common repairs like drains and disposals.
Homeowner in our HOA communities can order to have high quality air filters delivered to the home by filling out our homeowner service enrollment interest form. This program is a benefit for community members of Ridgemeont PUD and their residences. The program is charged to the ledger as a separate item from HOA fees and the program is service offered by the management company not the HOA.
Ashoka Lion HOA management team is proud to offer our owners a complimentary benefit of a utility and service connection concierge to help setup or find how to connect utilities and also compare rates for electric, internet, cable, security, etc.
For homeowners or the buyers of properties in the Ridgemeont PUD, if you need to request:

3) Statement of Account with Compliance Inspection
For Homeowners who need some additional time with their HOA dues to make their payment, please fill out this form and our HOA managers will share with the HOA board to get approval on any plan request.
Homeowners will in certain HOA communities require that the water is shutoff in a timely manner, and this will often require association managers to communicate with the community to warn them of the disruption of water service. Please use the below form to request your community water turn off.
