This form is for Homeowners who have questions regarding their association ledger. Below are some examples of why you would complete this form:


  • Payment not posted to ledger

Many homeowners are not always aware that they have a portal with the HOA, where they can make payments, review important community documents, put in repair request (for Association related repairs), and put in architectural request, etc.

  • How do I get a copy of the HOA governing documents for Ridgemont PUD?

    A copy of the governing documents can be obtained by homeowners in the "Shared Document" section of their homeowner portal.  A copy of the Ridgemont PUD HOA documents can be accessed HERE

  • When is trash service for Ridgemont PUD?

     As Trash service is provided by the City of Houston: 

    • Regular trash - every Tuesday, 
    • Recycling - Every other Tuesday
    • Heavy Trash- 4th Friday of the Month
  • What is HOA maintenance responsibilities for Ridgemont PUD??

    The HOA maintenance responsibilities are for the common area which includes the park, guest parking lots, grass medians in the community. 


    However, the HOA does enforce deed restriction regarding homeowner properties - including items such as maintenance to the exterior of the home, landscape, non-operable vehicles, items stored in view, etc. 

  • If I want to make a change to my home at Ridgemont PUD, can I do so?

    As there are community guidelines at Ridgemeont PUD, any changes that would alter the exterior should be submitted via your portal so the ACC guidelines can be reviewed and approved.  Homeowners can make these requests in their homeowner portal. 

  • What does maintenance fee cover?

    The maintenance fee for Ridgemont PUD covers common area items, such as:


    • Common area landscaping

    • HOA maintenance responsibility for the park

    • Insurance on common areas


  • How do I contact the HOA?

    Contacting the HOA for common area maintenance can be done through the service request option in the portal, calling 832-364-6025, or by emailing AssociationManager@Ashokalion.com

    NOTE: Ridgemont PUD is Managed by Ashoka Lion, so emails, portal submissions, and calls will reach the Ashoka Lion HOA team. 


  • How do I make my HOA payment?

    Payments can be made in three ways:



    1. Online through the portal using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or draft from your bank.  NOTE: Payment options through the portal incur a service fee from the software provider. The service fee will be displayed based on the payment option you select. You can see more on paying through the portal HERE
    2. By Mail using the coupon book sent out in November of the prior year.
    3. By cash at several local retailers such as CVS, Walmart, etc. NOTE: Cash option requires a PDF to be emailed to you before making payment at a location as the PDF contains a barcode specific to YOUR account. All owners requesting to pay via cash must email AssociationManager@Ashokalion.com or call 832-364-6025 to request the PDF.
