Ashoka Lion was a stand alone property management firm, and L&B was a firm that offered similar services in property management and brokerage. By combining Lawrence’s experience and wisdom to the Ashoka Lion goal of providing efficient client service by leveraging technology without talented team members; the sum would be greater than the parts. Combining Lawrence’s over 30 years of real estate experience with Jay Raman’s 10 years of investor and realtor experience; you have a solid combination of youth and wisdom overseeing the brokerage division of the firm.

Lawrence’s firm will remain in tact, so long time customers of the L&B Real Estate team will not see a disruption of their services. However, they will be provided additional product offerings if they need it.
