Homeowners are a valued members of our HOA communities. Our HOA property managers have created this homeowner portal hub to provide you with any important information and access to the most common requests we receive.


NOTE: These tools are meant for homeowners who live in HOA communities that are managed by Ashoka Lion. If you live in the community. If you do not own in the community that is managed, then our HOA managers cannot assist in the request.  Please let your HOA board know about our HOA management services if these are services or features that your HOA community needs.



Pay your HOA assessment or obtain HOA community documents

Log in to your secure personal HOA owners portal to review your ledger, pay your outstanding HOA dues, obtain copies of HOA documents, or review correspondence sent to owners.


HOA Owner Payment Plan Request

HOA homeowners who are about to fall behind or have fallen behind on HOA assessment can request a payment plan. The plan can be reviewed by the HOA community and based on their policy the plan can be accepted.  Our HOA property managers will submit the plan to the board for their review and approval.


HOA Owner Water Shut Off Request

HOA homeowners who live in communities with common water off may need to do repairs to the homeowners individual plumbing and this may require the HOA shutting off the water to common line. Homeowners cannot shutoff water that is common area without approval. This form will help our HOA property managers coordinate with the homeowner, their plumber, and the community about the shut off request.


HOA Refinance or Statement of Account Request

Homeowners who are selling their home or refinancing their home will need to request our HOA management team to send refinance questionnaire, statement of account, or resale certificate. Follow the appropriate selections and our HOA managers will reach back out to you to discuss the request or provide you the needed documents.


NOTE: If you have a service or maintenance request please login to your homeowner account and submit it via the portal. If you are experiencing a common area emergency that threatens life like crime or fire on HOA common area property, please contact 9-1-1 before contacting our HOA management office.
