Architectural Modification Request

Your community may require you to submit a Architectural Modification Form for approval prior to making any alterations to the exterior or landscaping portions of your property. The form can be found in the documents section of the portal under "Architectural Modification". Please download and complete it before submitting your request as you must include it with your submission. **NOTICE** All requests are submitted to either the Board or ACC for a decision. Timeframes vary per Association, but most will review and reply within 30 days of your request. Please do not schedule any work prior to receiving an approval as this may result in fines being assessed to your account.
