We have two basic levels:
A. Full Service Payroll including providing benefits calculated as a percentage of your payroll (provided by our affiliate)
B. Basic Payroll without benefits calculated as a flat monthly fee.
Benefits
  1. Timely electric filing of Federal and State payroll taxes (940, 941, TWC)
  2. Appropriate Calculations of federal withholdings.
  3. Track employee Sick and/or Vacation time.
  4. Calculate sales based commission checks.
  5. We can also provide electronic time tracking solutions to help track time to project codes.
  6. We can also provide employers the options for tracking time to project codes.
  7. (Full Service Option): Provided by our affiliate includes benefits such 401k, Wellness Plans, Direct Deposit, and other Cafeteria Benefits.
  8. (Basic Option): Direct Deposit (additional fees may apply).
  9. (Basic Option): Copies of w-2 and paychecks available online using an electronic login for employees. (additional fees map apply)
Pricing
A. Full Service Payroll: This is calculated as a percentage of your payroll typically (2% to 3%) of your payroll.
B. Basic Services: Flat Rate:
  • $150 a month for up to 20 employees
  • $200 a month from to 21 to 40 employees
  • For 40 or more employees, please contact us for a quote.
